Thing is though, Youtube user Billy O'Reilly who has tested almost every leaked build of windows and only includes real sounds in his videos has been able to date the sounds back to 2003, which doesn't match the neosounds copyright date on the website of 2004-2005, there's a chance that the sound scheme was up before 2004, but we can't verify due to no snapshots from 2003 existing.
